The Firm

Chmielniak, Witkowski, Kubisa, Hayder Spółka Partnerska Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych is a law firm organized as partnership. The firm is located in Katowice, at Gliwicka 10, nearby the head office of the Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka (Regional Bar Council).

The partnership is composed of three lawyers and legal adviser. Our team also brings together trainee lawyers and lawyers not associated in lawyers' self-governments.

Most of all, the firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal service to economic and institutional entities, however, we also provide once-off services for, both, entrepreneurs, and natural persons not engaged in any economic activity.

We also cooperate with notarial office, patent agent, and translation agency.
